Science communication

I am involved in various science communication initiatives. I was the scientific coordinator for the project: superhumains.ch. This project aims to educate, inform, and create dialogues with high school students about bioethical issues regarding the use of emerging technologies.

I co-founded neurhone: connecteur d’idées, a non-profit organization that organizes TEDxMartigny, the Carnotzets Scientifiques, and the FuckUp Nights in Valais, Switzerland.

In 2014, I received the Best science blog award by the Agence Science-Presse in Canada.

In 2018, to celebrate the 50th birthday of 2001: A Space Odyssey, I launched the 502001.CH initiative: a series of events (workshops, film screenings, conferences, etc.) to create a space to reflect on the future of our species, with Stanley Kubrick’s 1968 film as a starting point.

I am currently helping with TEDxAbbotsford and working on different SciComm projects.
